What we collect, and what we don't.

We ask for the least we need to do the work, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by writing one email.

Who we are

CadenSpark builds and operates AI-powered business systems for growing companies. We work from Los Angeles, Miami and Buenos Aires. For anything in this policy, write to hello@cadenspark.com or find us on LinkedIn.

What we collect

Only two things, and both come from you:

• What you type into the Business Health Report form — your name, company, website, email address, and the description of what is slowing your business down.
• What you send us directly — anything in an email, a message or a call with us.
• What you say to the voice agent — the conversation is transcribed into text. If you leave your email during it, that transcript is saved next to your details so the person who follows up already knows what you told us and you don't have to repeat it. If you don't leave an email, nothing from the conversation reaches our records.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and there is nothing on this page that asks you to create an account or a password.

What we do with it

We use what you send to prepare your Business Health Report, to reply to you, and to carry out work you have asked us to do. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

If you gave us your email through the form, we may follow up about your report and about working together. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and asking us to stop is enough — you don't need to use the link.

Who else touches it

To run the site and reach you, your information passes through service providers who process it on our instructions and nothing else:

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and delivers it. Like any web host, it processes technical connection data such as IP address to serve pages and block abuse.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to them when the page loads.
• ElevenLabs — runs the voice agent. Your speech passes through their servers to be understood and answered, and they hold the recording and transcript of the call.
• Our email and customer systems — where your enquiry lands so a human can answer it.
• Google and Meta — measurement, described in full just below.

Cookies and measurement

Two measurement tools run on this site, and both set cookies in your browser:

• Google Analytics — how many people visit, which pages they read, how long they stay, and where they arrived from. We read counts and patterns, not individuals.
• Meta Pixel — an advertising pixel from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It lets us see whether our advertising actually brings anyone here, and it can be used to show our ads again to people who visited this site.

We also record a handful of moments: submitting the report form, opening the sample report, starting a conversation with the voice agent, skipping the opening film. What Google and Meta get is that the moment happened — never what you typed or said. The words themselves are a separate matter, described under What we collect above: the form and the voice agent reach our own records, and nobody else's.

There is no cookie banner on this site. Any browser setting or extension that blocks trackers stops both tools, and everything here keeps working exactly the same — nothing on this site depends on being measured. If you are somewhere that requires us to ask you first, write to us and we will remove what we hold about your visit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to work we actually did are kept as long as we need them for the engagement and for the tax and accounting periods that follow.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly, plus the right to receive your data in a portable form and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing — and as above, we do not sell or share personal information.

To use any of them, write to hello@cadenspark.com. We answer within 30 days and we never charge for it.

Where your information goes

We operate across the United States and Argentina, so what you send us may be handled in either. Where information from the European Union or the United Kingdom is involved, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the providers who handle it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to the people at CadenSpark who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise — if something happens that affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the deadlines the law sets.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we treat information you already gave us, we will contact you about it rather than waiting for you to notice.
