What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the free Business Health Report. They do not govern paid work. If you engage CadenSpark, a separate written agreement covers scope, price, timelines and everything else, and that agreement wins over anything on this page.
This site is information, not advice
Everything here describes what we do and what we have done. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice for your situation, and reading it does not make us your advisers. Decisions about your business remain yours.
The Business Health Report
The report is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. It is our professional opinion, built from what you tell us and from what is publicly visible about your business.
It is an assessment, not a guarantee. The figures in it are estimates of what a fix could be worth, based on the information available to us — they are not a promise of revenue, savings or any particular outcome. We publish a number on this site only when we can prove it, and we say plainly which numbers are still unverified.
We may decline to produce a report, and we may take longer than usual, particularly if we cannot see enough of your operation to say something useful.
What you tell us
When you send us information through this site, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. Don't send us anyone else's confidential information, and don't send us personal data about your customers through this form — there are safer ways to do that once we're working together.
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for: preparing your report and replying to you. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What belongs to us
The design, text, images, film and code on this site belong to CadenSpark or to the people we licensed them from. You may read, share and link to the site freely. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear to describe work our partners have been involved in over their careers. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement, partnership or sponsorship by those companies.
Using the site properly
Don't try to break into it, overload it, scrape it at volume, submit the form automatically, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.
Availability
We keep the site up as best we can, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or retire any part of it, including the free report, without notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we don't control it and we're not responsible for what's there.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, CadenSpark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from the free report — including lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Consumer protection laws in your country may give you rights that these terms cannot take away. Where they conflict, those rights win.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Miami-Dade County will hear any dispute about them — without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
